MEDIATION

David mediates commercial, employment, and other civil disputes - both before and during litigation. Mediation supports parties in clarifying their differences and then empowering them to find a path forward. Sometimes this includes determining how parties can work together effectively following a dispute, so that the conflict does not continue to negatively affect the individuals involved or escalate to further impact the organization. Other times it delivers the terms of a parting of way. But the goal is always the same: resolution.

 

David is a certified mediator trained by the Harvard Mediation Program and regularly mediates pro bono in Massachusetts District Courts.
