I have conducted hundreds of complex, time-sensitive internal investigations for companies of all sizes into internal and governmental complaints implicating organizational EEO/Harassment-Free, Non Retaliation, Job Accommodation & Protected Leave, Whistleblower, Workplace Safety, and Code of Conduct policies (as well as related state and federal laws).

I have interviewed complainants, respondents, and third-party witnesses sitting at all company levels, including executives, service level managers, and union-represented individual contributors (Weingarten rights).

I have led trainings for corporate Human Resources Business Partners on best practices for internal investigation technique and report writing. I have also led trainings for non-HR professionals on EEO policy and best practices.
