David has conducted hundreds of complex, time-sensitive internal investigations for companies of all sizes into internal and governmental complaints implicating organizational EEO/Harassment-Free, Non Retaliation, Job Accommodation & Protected Leave, Whistleblower, Workplace Safety, and Code of Conduct policies (as well as related state and federal laws).


He has fluency in interviewing complainants, respondents, and third-party witnesses sitting at all company levels, including executives, service level managers, and union-represented individual contributors (Weingarten rights).

He has led trainings for corporate Human Resources Business Partners on best practices for internal investigation technique and report writing as well as trainings for non-HR professionals on EEO policies and best practices.
