DAVID B. ANDERSON, ESQ.

Committed to his Clients and the Practice of Law

I am admitted to the California and Massachusetts state bars, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, all U.S. District Courts in California, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. I graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), including attending Harvard Law School as a third-year visiting scholar.

I have litigated hundreds of cases in state, U.S. District, and Bankruptcy courts. These matters have included commercial disputes, consumer class actions, single and class employment lawsuits, real estate quiet title and eminent domain actions, and creditor representation in Bankruptcy proceedings.

I believe deeply in Pro Bono work as part of an ethical practice. Principal among my volunteer work, I frequently represent low income litigants in housing court (evictions) as well as serving as a court-appointed mediator in the Greater Boston area.

When I am not practicing law, I am running and cycling on the roads of the North Shore, climbing mountains, diving for lobsters in the Northern Atlantic, and chasing my kids and dog around our yard.
