DAVID B. ANDERSON, ESQ.
Committed to his Clients and the Practice of Law
I am admitted to the California and Massachusetts state bars, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, all U.S. District Courts in California, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. I graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), attending Harvard Law School as a third-year visiting scholar.

I have litigated hundreds of cases in state, U.S. District, and Bankruptcy courts as well as in private arbitration. These matters have included: business disputes, single and class employment lawsuits, real estate quiet title and eminent domain actions, and creditor representation in Bankruptcy proceedings.

I believe deeply in Pro Bono work as part of an ethical practice. Principal among my volunteer work, I frequently represent low income litigants in housing court (evictions) as well as serving as a court-appointed mediator in the Massachusetts state courts.

When I am not practicing law, I am running and cycling on the roads of the North Shore, climbing mountains, diving for lobsters in the Northern Atlantic, and chasing my kids and dog around our yard.
